Wrap it up with Chickpea Flour Tortillas

1 cup Chickpea Flour

1 cup water

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro

oil for frying

Add a enough oil to coat the pan. Make sure the pan is hot before pouring the batter. Use 1/3 to 1/2 cup for the wraps depending on the size of the pan.

Spread the mixture evenly in the pan using a circular motion with a spoon. After a couple of minutes, flip over and cook for another couple of minutes.

Tips:

Don’t get discouraged if the first wrap that you fry does not turn out, mine didn’t. It does get better and it is totally worth the patience.

An addition of ground cumin and paprika makes for a wonderful flavour.

Fill with your choice of meats and or veggies.

Smaller bite sizes would make for wonderful appetizers or snacks.
