I saw these tiny chocolate hearts adorning mini cupcakes in a magazine. It just so happened that I was hosting a baby shower and had planned on making tiny cupcakes. Well off the the Bulk Barn I went to buy red chocolate melts. I had printed tiny hearts from my computer to use for my template. I laid the heart template under parchment paper. I melted the chocolate , poured it into a Ziplock bag, snipped off a tiny corner of the bag and started tracing. The toothpicks were laid on while still wet. Here is my first attempt!
