Yogurt and fruits are a great combination. This combo makes a quick nutritious breakfast, a mid-morning snack or an evening treat.
Use any flavour of yogurt or just go natural, the additions for toppings are endless.
Variation:
For an after dinner treat, try putting a scoop of yogurt (Greek or any other type, flavoured or unflavoured) in a small dessert dish in the freezer for about 1/2 hour. Stir a few times, until it begins to thicken. Remove and add your favourite fruits and any other toppings then drizzle some maple syrup.
Tips:
Have fun with your fruits. Use cookie cutters to make special and fun shapes.
