Meatloaf

Ingredients:

Approximately 1 1/2 lb ground beef

1 egg

1 cup milk

1 cup dried bread crumbs

1/2 tsp salt and pepper

topping:

1/3 cup ketchup

2 Tbsp prepared yellow mustard

2 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine ground beef, milk, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and egg in a large bowl. Mix and place into a lightly greased loaf pan.

Mix ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Spread over the meatloaf.

Bake for approximately 1 hour.

Notes:

This meatloaf freezes well. I double the recipe to yield 2 loaves. Cool slice and portion pack in freezer ziplock bags.
