Cheesy Popcorn

10 cups popcorn (1/3 cup unpopped in air popper)

5 tablespoons melted butter

1/3 cup Cheddar cheese powder

Preheat oven to 250F.

Put 8 cups of popped popcorn (reserve 2 cups) into a large bowl drizzle with melted butter. Toss to coat, sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and toss to coat.

Place the cheese popcorn on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes mixing half way.

When completed remove from the oven and mix in the reserved 2 cups.

Put into serving bowls or cool down and package for giveaways.

Notes:

The baking of the cheesy popcorn helps keep the cheesy layer on the popcorn not your hands.

Feel free to coat all the popcorn with cheese and butter.
